With the 30 percent Federal Tax Credit, 5-year accelerated depreciation, utility rebates coupled with monthly REC payments, and long-term project financing through power purchase agreements, the ROI on commercial systems can be five to seven years.

We incorporate solar energy systems into new construction as well as existing buildings. SolSource assumes responsibility for the entire design and installation process, beginning with the initial site visit through final commissioning.
