Jeff Scott is SolSource’s founder. He traces his commitment to high-performance buildings back to his seven years living in Japan during the 1990s. While there, Jeff began his research into green building practices and was impressed by the country’s ‘whole systems’ construction methods. Upon returning to the U.S., Jeff began linking his belief in sustainable design to strong environmental values and business skills and founded SolSource in 2003. Jeff holds two B.A.s (Business and Computer Science) from Miami University of Ohio. He is the President of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society.

Ben McCormick is the company’s Commercial Projects Director & Sales Engineer. He has an extensive engineering background including HVAC controls, production machinery and consumer electronics design. Prior to joining SolSource, he worked as a Support Engineer for a mechanical design software reseller. Ben holds a BSME from Virginia Tech and is NABCEP certified.

Brian Stern is a Sales Manager, Systems Designer and Product Manager. Prior to joining SolSource in October, 2005, Brian was the head of government sales at ID Edge, an access card firm. He maintained the GSA contract for the firm for six years. Brian has also worked with several environmental non-profits, including: MassPirg, Rainforest Action Network and the American Farmland Trust. Brian has taken a number of Solar Energy International courses. He is passionate about educating his community on the benefits of renewable energy.

Roger Alexander is the Sales Manager for the Solar Energy Solutions Division of SolSource. Roger has over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service, most recently as the National Sales Manager for a High Performance Building Products Manufacturer. He also founded and operated a successful construction business in Fort Collins, CO which he sold in 2003. Roger co-founded the non-profit PV Pioneers which provides a voice for Poudre Valley Rural Electrical Association members eager to promote the use of renewable energy by their Co-op. He is an active member of several indusry and environmental organizations and sat on the Board of Directors of Florida Audubon during his time in sunny Florida. As a long time conservationist and renewable energy advocate he is very happy to be a part of Denver's leading Solar Energy company at the dawn of the Clean Energy Age.

Pat Senft is a Sales Representative. Prior to joining SolSource, Pat was involved in a variety of business ventures including; building product sales, real estate finance, real estate development and large scale commercial photovoltaic project management and business development. Pat has been interested in renewable energy for many years and is happy to be able to share his passion with others. Pat holds a B.B.A. degree in finance from James Madison University.

Dave Lyskawa is a Systems Designer and Sales Executive. Dave developed his passion for renewable energy and energy efficiency while running a construction firm that rebuilt and preserved older homes. Dave started his sales career in the high tech industry working for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Compaq Computer, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dave earned a Certified Graduate Builder designation from the National Homebuilders Association. Dave earned his B.A. in Business from Western Michigan University. He is a member of the Sierra Club and the Colorado Renewable Energy Society.

Richard Eidlin provides marketing and business development support for SolSource. He has been involved in the solar energy industry since the early 1990's, having worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Altair Energy and Solar Works, Inc. Richard has also worked for the United Nations Environment Programme, CH2MHill and New York City on energy and sustainability programs. He earned a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Paul Hopkins is a Project Manager, with 5 years construction experience doing residential remodels and editions. Paul is familiar with foundation, framing, roofing and electrical work. He is COSIEA certified and has an Electrical Engineering background. When not installing solar energy systems, he enjoys weight training, camping and mountain biking. When asked why he was working in the Energy Solutions industry, he responded, “You can’t beat getting paid to improve the environment.”

Kari Kraayenbrink is the company’s Xcel Rebate Coordinator. Prior to joining SolSource, Kari worked for Altair Energy processing California energy rebates, supporting vendors to procure PV equipment and working with a network of solar dealers. Kari holds an Associates degree in Accounting.
